Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account info: email address, name, country of residence. Required for KYC compliance and payout routing.

Payment info: we never see your card details. Stripe handles all payment processing; we only store the Stripe customer ID and the last 4 digits of the card used.

Trading data:every order, fill, and account balance change is stored against your account so we can compute P&L, enforce rules, and process payouts.

Technical: IP address (geo + fraud signal), browser user-agent, and basic page-view analytics.

What we do with it

Operate your account, enforce evaluation rules, process payouts, send transactional email (purchase receipts, password resets, payout confirmations), and detect coordinated trading or bot-driven exploitation.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't use your trading data to train AI models. We don't share account identities with other prop firms.

Third-party processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + auth), Resend (email), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN). Each processor sees only the minimum data needed to provide its service.

Your rights

Email support@opusfunded.com to request a copy of all data we hold about you, delete your account, or correct inaccurate information. We respond inside 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication and an analytics cookie for aggregate page-view counts. No third-party advertising cookies. Opting out of analytics doesn't affect your account.

Children

Opus Funded is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
